Compact integrated assembly cell supported by an automated Mini Load storage and retrieval machine can offer several advantages.

• Integrates with shop floor auditing systems and barcode scanning systems
• Offer high density storage with a small footprint
• Supports small lot and batch assembly operations

The side porting configuration may incorporate both elaborate and simple assembly cells simultaneously.

   2 Levels of 24" deep trays = 48 trays 1152 cubic feet of storage

   5 Levels of 18" deep = 120 trays 2160 cubic feet of   storage

   2 Levels of 12" deep trays  = 32 trays 384 cubic feet of storage

• 3696 Total cubic feet of storage in 200 trays
• 780 Square feet of floor space utilized
• Tray capacity 500 pounds each maximum or 100,000 pounds theoretical capacity
